Snap the Arrow is a new production company founded by Chris Cook and Rhys Williamson. It builds on a creative partnership that began in 2014, during which they created shows blending storytelling, theatre magic, and comedy into bold, compelling work loved by both critics and audiences. Snap the Arrow is the next chapter: a home for their productions and a platform for new artistic ideas.
The name Snap the Arrow comes from one of their favourite creations: ending a show by asking an audience member to break an archery arrow against their neck using just a s ingle step. It was about reflecting on what you truly want and taking that first bold step to make it happen.
This philosophy drives everything we create. Snap the Arrow is an incubator for Chris and Rhys’s work and a platform supporting new and established artists to develop their own ideas.
